Abstract:
This exercise assisting device is provided with a data acquiring means for acquiring motion data relating to a current exercise form of a user who is exercising, a difference acquiring means for acquiring a difference between the current exercise form and a target exercise form, and a stimulus imparting means which is worn on a part of the body of the user that constitutes the exercise form, and which imparts a stimulus serving as a suggestion for form correction to the body of the user in accordance with the difference, wherein the stimulus imparting means imparts the stimulus to indicate the direction in which the part should be moved for form correction. The indication for correction to the target form can thus be received intuitively by the user.
