Abstract:
Disclosed are an exercise bike, a handle height-adjusting apparatus, and a seat height-adjusting apparatus. The exercise bike of the present invention comprises a stem locking unit which is inserted in a first latch portion to fix the position of a stem and presses the stem to attach and press the stem to a spacer unit. The exercise bike comprises a post locking unit which is inserted in a second latch portion to fix the position of a seat post, and presses the seat post to attach and press the seat post to a seat housing unit.
