Abstract:
An exercise device having an outer shell of transparent or semi-transparent plastic or elastomer or plastomer having good bounce characteristics; a first liquid within the shell; and one or more weighted particles immersed in the liquid that provide weight to the exercise device for exercise purposes. The outer shell may be made of a transparent or semi-transparent plastic or elastomer or plastomer having good bounce characteristics. The outer shell may be configured to reduce the transparency to light through the ball.
