Abstract:
Disclosed are an exercise guidance method and a related apparatus, which are characterized in that the method comprises: an electronic device recommending, in a personalized manner, exercise suggestions for a user on the basis of acquired exercise data of a user and health data of the user, wherein the exercise suggestions comprise suggestions for contraindicated exercises and suggestions for non-contraindicated exercises; the suggestions for contraindicated exercises comprising suggestions for exercises that the user is strictly forbidden to perform, and the suggestions for non-contraindicated exercises comprising suggestions for exercises that the user is suggested to perform; and when the health data of the user satisfies a first condition, the electronic device determining the suggestions for contraindicated exercises, and when the health data of the user satisfies a second condition, the electronic device determining the suggestions for non-contraindicated exercises, wherein the suggestions for contraindicated exercises enable the user to avoid exercises that the user cannot perform. By means of the present application, exercise suggestions can be recommended for a user in a personalized manner, and the user avoids exercises that they cannot perform.
