Abstract:
An exercise implement 1 is provided with a bar-shaped body 10 including a spine abutting surface 11 configured to be abutted by the spine of a user, including at least the lumbar spine and the thoracic spine, and a sliding portion 20 which enables the bar-shaped body to slide parallel to a wall surface and in the longitudinal direction of the bar-shaped body, wherein the spine abutting surface has a width at least equal to 7 cm and a length at least equal to 50 cm.
