Abstract:
Provided is an exercise assistance information measurement device with which is it possible to compete against an exercise model while carrying out day-to-day life. An exercise information measurement device 10 is provided with: an exercise information generation unit 20 for generating exercise information on the basis of output from a body motion detection unit 1 for detecting body motion; a storage unit 5 for storing exercise model data associated with the amount of increase in exercise information in each divided period of time obtained by dividing a predetermined period of time (24 hours); a cumulative value calculation unit 21 for calculating a cumulative value for the amount of increase in exercise information corresponding to a period of time from a discretionary time up to the current time, in the exercise model data; and a display control unit 22 for displaying, on a display unit 4, the cumulative value and the exercise information which was generated by the exercise information generation unit 20 from the discretionary time up to the current time, and.
