Abstract:
An exercise loop 1 provided with a first loop 2, a second loop 3, and a third loop 4 formed by joining both ends of a long expandable member in a ring shape, wherein the first loop 2 and the third loop 4 are each connected with the second loop 3 so as to be mutually inserted. The first loop 2 and the third loop 4 preferably have fasteners 2b, 4b for securing the engagement parts with the second loop 3, the fasteners being provided so as to be capable of moving along the long member. The first loop 2 and the third loop 4 can be connected so as to be mutually inserted.
