Abstract:
Provided is a technology for estimating an exercise performance going to be made on the basis of condition of a target person before starting exercise. An exercise performance estimating device, which sets information correlated to nervous condition of the target person as nervous condition information, an index indicating level of nervousness of the target person as a nervous condition index, and an index indicating quality of the exercise performance by the target person as an exercise performance index, and estimates the exercise performance index concerning the exercise including a short-time action performed by the target person after predetermined waiting time, comprises a nervous condition information acquiring unit that acquires the nervous condition information of the target person before the start of the exercise, a nervous condition index calculating unit that calculates the nervous condition index of the target person from the nervous condition information, and an exercise performance index estimating unit that estimates the exercise performance index of the target person from the nervous condition index on the basis of correlation between the nervous condition index provided in advance and the exercise performance index.
