Abstract:
An exercise, and rehabilitation apparatus for skiers, athletes who need to maintain good endurance, balance, coordination, strength in their legs is disclosed. It allows for movement both horizontally, vertically while jumping side to side without jarring the back, knees, tendons, joints, etc. The apparatus is composed of two or more rebounding bodies (51) wherein the angle of inclination with respect to the base may be adjusted.
