Abstract:
The present invention relates to an exercise support device and a program stored in a computer-readable recording medium which are capable of guiding a personalized exercise method by adjusting an exercise method of an individual strength training in detail according to exercise targets divided into maximum muscle strength enhancement, muscle hypertrophy, muscle power enhancement, and muscle endurance enhancement, wherein by varying and showing an exercise method including an exercise load, the number of sets, the number of repetitions per set, and a rest time between sets, depending on an input of a subdivided exercise target, it is possible to simply and intuitively check and select a personalized exercise method without help from a professional personal trainer, such that the exercise method can be guided and exercise can be carried out with the accurate exercise method.
