Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are an exercise training method and system, and a head-mounted VR device. The method is executed by a head-mounted VR device, which is connected to a hand motion tracker and a foot motion tracker in a wireless manner. The method comprises: displaying a virtual demonstrative action; acquiring 6DoF head motion data, 6DoF hand motion data and 6DoF foot motion data of a user; fusing the 6DoF hand motion data and the 6DoF foot motion data with the 6DoF head motion data; calculating motion data of different parts of a human body according to the fused data; performing similarity comparison on the motion data, which is obtained by means of calculation, of the different parts of the human body with exercise training standard data of the virtual demonstrative action; and if the similarity is greater than a threshold value, determining that the action of a part of the human body meets a normative training standard, otherwise, displaying corresponding prompt information in a virtual reality scene, so as to give a prompt for the part, the action of which is not normative, of the human body.
