The present invention relates to an exfoliate cell collection device capable of conveniently collecting exfoliate cells of uterine cervix and the periphery thereof for a uterus examination. Particularly, the present invention relates to an exfoliate cell collection device which is formed to: divide a brush of the exfoliate cell collection device into a first brush member and a second brush member; and transform the shape of the second brush member in phases by means of user manipulation. The user manipulation of transforming the shape of the second brush member in phases can be done in an intuitive and convenient manner. Particularly, the present invention relates to an exfoliative cell collection device formed to be able to conveniently input the brush smeared with exfoliative cells into a vial after collecting the exfoliative cells of uterine cervix and the periphery thereof for a uterus examination. The present invention has the advantage in which a user can collect by oneself exfoliative cells of one's uterine cervix and the periphery thereof by means of intuitive manipulation. Further, the present invention has the advantage of conveniently and accurately inputting the brush smeared with exfoliative cells into a vial. Further, the present invention has the advantage of conveniently and surely connecting and disconnecting the components forming the exfoliative cell collection device by means of a tensile string member.
