Title:
EXHALATION SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/110117
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is an exhalation sensor capable of operating with low power consumption by efficiently utilizing heat. An exhalation sensor 1 has a surface layer 4 on a sensor body part 37 side surface. The radiation heat reflection performance of the surface layer 4 is higher than the radiation heat reflection performance of a housing 3. That is, the radiation heat reflection rate of the surface layer 4 is higher than the radiation heat reflection rate of the housing 3. Hence, radiation heat radiated from the sensor body part 37 side can be reflected more efficiently, compared to the case of the housing 3. Accordingly, radiation heat radiated from the sensor body part 37 side is less likely to escape to the outside of the housing 3, and thus, heat generated by a heater 29c of the sensor body part 37 can be efficiently stored in the housing 3. Therefore, the power consumption of the heater 29c for achieving the operation temperatures of a conversion unit 21 and a detection unit 29a can be suppressed.
