Abstract:
An exhaust air heat recovery system of a tobacco leaf agricultural product dryer, according to the present invention, is characterized by a heat exchange means comprising: a recovery duct (330) which is arranged so as to communicate with one side of an exhaust air outlet (140); a damper (310) which is arranged so as to be rotatable between the recovery duct (330) and the exhaust air outlet (140), and which selectively opens and closes the recovery duct (330) and the exhaust air outlet (140) according to the forward or reverse rotation of a motor (320); an exhaust air heat exchanger (220) which is disposed inside the recovery duct (330) so as to recover the heat of exhaust air, which is expelled through the exhaust air outlet (140), and in which a heat transfer medium is circulated; an inlet heat exchanger (210) which is connected to the exhaust air heat exchanger (220) by a pipeline, and which heats air being sucked into an inlet (130) through the heat transfer medium which is circulated by a pump (250); and a control unit (450) which receives the measurement values of a temperature sensor (410) and a moisture sensor (420) which measure the temperature and the moisture of a drying room (120), and which outputs a control signal for controlling the operation of the tobacco leaf agricultural product dryer, wherein the exhaust air outlet (140) has therein an exhaust fan (510) for sucking in and blowing the air inside the drying room (120) during the drive of a driving motor (520) which drives according to the control signal of the control unit (450).
