Disclosed is an exhaust bearing housing (10), which comprises an exhaust cavity, wherein the exhaust cavity is provided with an exhaust port (16), the exhaust cavity is configured to have a plurality of turning structures, and an exhaust airflow can change the advance direction multiple times in the exhaust cavity and finally is exhausted from the exhaust port (16). The exhaust port (16) is opened in such an orientation that in the case where the exhaust bearing housing (10) is covered in a shell, the gas exhausted from the exhaust port (16) has a component rotationally flowing along an inner wall of the shell and around an axis of the shell. The exhaust bearing housing (10) can have the function of improving the efficiency of oil separation in several aspects such as centrifugal effect, uniform flow field and impacting separation. The exhaust bearing housing (10) is provided in a screw compressor and the screw compressor is provided in an air conditioning unit.
