The present application discloses an exhaust check valve assembly, a scroll compressor, and an air conditioning system. The exhaust check valve assembly comprises: a valve seat provided with a first port, a second port, and a valve cavity enabling the first port to be communicated with the second port; a cover plate disposed at the first port, the cover plate being provided with hollowed-out holes passing through two sides of the cover plate; and a valve core slidably disposed in the valve cavity so as to open or close an exhaust channel between the hollowed-out holes and the second port. The valve core comprises a valve plate and a first cylindrical surface body, the valve plate and the cover plate are disposed opposite to each other, the valve plate is provided with a through hole passing through two sides of the valve plate, the first cylindrical surface body extends from the outer peripheral edge of the valve plate in an axial direction, and the outer peripheral surface of the first cylindrical surface body is in sliding fit with the inner peripheral surface of the valve seat.
