Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to obtain an exhaust filter that can be installed in a pre-installed exhaust path comprising a low-pressure exhaust filter, that does not clog, that is capable of recovering fine particles at a high recovery rate, and that has good maintenance properties. An exhaust filter (1) is provided with a plurality of cylindrical container-like fine particle recovery cells (10) that are arranged adjacent to each other and a partition plate (20) that blocks exhaust while supporting the fine particle recovery cells (10). Each of the fine particle recovery cells (10) is provided with a guiding flow path (13) that guides exhaust along the circumferential direction, an inlet opening (11) that allows exhaust to flow into the fine particle recovery cells (10), a centrifugal separation unit (15) that centrifugally separates fine particles from exhaust that has flowed in from the inlet opening (11), and an outlet opening (12) that discharges exhaust from which fine particles have been centrifugally separated and allows the exhaust to flow out of the fine particle recovery cells (10). The inlet opening (11) is provided upstream from the partition plate (20) and the outlet opening (12) is provided downstream from the partition plate (20).
