Title:
EXHAUST GAS MEASUREMENT DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/199404
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An embodiment of this exhaust gas measurement device is provided with an inlet flow path, mixing unit, measurement gas flow path, measurement unit, measured gas flow path, diluent gas flow path, gas purification unit, discharge flow rate measurement unit, and discharge flow rate control unit. Sample gas that has flowed in from the inlet flow path and diluent gas are mixed by the mixing unit and become measurement gas. The measurement gas is introduced into the measurement unit, and the measured gas that has passed through the measurement unit flows through the measured gas flow path. The downstream end of the measured gas flow path is split into a diluent gas flow path and discharge flow path, and a portion of the measured gas is introduced into the mixing unit as diluent gas via the diluent gas flow path. The remaining measured gas is discharged to the outside via the discharge flow path. The gas purification unit purifies at least the diluent gas from among the measured gas. The discharge flow rate measurement unit measures the flow rate of the gas flowing through the discharge flow path, and the discharge flow rate control unit carries out control on the basis of the measured values of the discharge flow rate measurement unit so as to make the flow rate of the gas flowing through the discharge flow path a preset flow rate.
