Abstract:
An exhaust gas post-processing mixing apparatus, comprising a shell and a mixing assembly, the mixing assembly comprising a mixing cavity, a gas intake pipe, and a gas outlet pipe, the side wall of the gas intake pipe being provided with at least one opening in communication with the mixing cavity. The gas outlet pipe comprises an inner pipe, a distributor, an outer pipe, and an end cover, the inner pipe being provided with a first pipe body positioned inside the mixing cavity and a second pipe body extending out of the mixing cavity, the side wall of the first pipe body being provided with a plurality of rotational flow plates. A mixing space is disposed between the second pipe body and the outer pipe, and the side wall of the second pipe body is provided with a plurality of first perforations through which the gas flow passes; the distributor is provided with a plurality of through holes through which the gas flow passes; the side wall of the outer pipe is provided with a plurality of second perforations through which the gas flow passes; and the end cover is positioned at the bottom of the outer pipe and is used for forcing the gas flow to flow in the reverse direction. The present arrangement increases the distance and time of urea evaporation, and improves the uniformity of gas flow mixing.
