Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to prevent an excessive temperature increase when forced regeneration of a diesel particulate filter occurs in an exhaust gas purification device that removes particulate matter in exhaust gas, and thus to prevent damage due to cracking or heat erosion in the diesel particulate filter, and to prevent an increase in the frequency of forced regeneration, and thus to reduce deterioration in fuel consumption and reduce oil dilution. The present invention is characterized by being equipped with: a first determination means (67) which, during a forced regeneration process performed by a forced regeneration control means (65), determines whether the exhaust gas flow volume is less than a first threshold value and is equal to or greater than a second threshold value which is less than the first threshold value; a gas increase amount control means (69), which controls an intake throttle valve so as to increase the exhaust gas flow volume when the first determination means (67) determines that the flow volume is less than the first threshold value and is equal to or greater than the second threshold value; a second determination means (71), which determines whether the exhaust gas flow volume is less than the second threshold value; and a forced regeneration suspension means (73), which suspends the forced regeneration process when the second determination means (71) determines that the flow volume is less than the second threshold value.
