Abstract:
This exhaust gas purification facility (1, 70) has: an adsorptive removal device (2) provided with a rotation-type adsorbent (6) capable of adsorbing/desorbing flammable hazardous components contained in exhaust gas; a combustion-type exhaust gas purification device (4) for burning, in a combustion chamber (16) provided with a burner (56), exhaust air containing flammable hazardous components and purifying the flammable hazardous components, the exhaust air being discharged from the adsorptive removal device; a blower (40) provided upstream of the combustion-type exhaust gas purification device, the amount of exhaust air discharged from the absorptive removal device and blown into the combustion-type exhaust gas purification device being variable; a temperature sensor (50, 52, 58) for measuring the temperature in the combustion-type exhaust gas purification device corresponding to the concentration of the flammable hazardous components in the exhaust air; and a controller(42) for controlling the amount of exhaust air blown by the blower and the rotation speed of the adsorbent on the basis of the measurement values obtained by the temperature sensors and controlling the concentration of the flammable hazardous components in the exhaust air fed from the absorptive removal device to the combustion-type exhaust gas purification device.
