Abstract:
An exhaust gas purification filter (1) comprises: a casing (11); a porous dividing wall (12) which partitions the inside of the casing into a honeycomb shape; and cells (13) enclosed by the dividing wall (12). In a pore path length distribution of the dividing wall (12) which is expressed by a frequency histogram per 10 μm of the pore path length of the dividing wall (12), the cumulative frequency is not less than 58%. The cumulative frequency is the maximum value of a value obtained by summing the frequencies of a total of three classes including the maximum peak frequency and adjacent to each other. Preferably, the dividing wall (12) has a gas permeation coefficient k of not less than 0.8 × 10-12m2.
