Abstract:
An exhaust gas purification filter (1) is installed in the exhaust channel of a gasoline engine. The exhaust gas purification filter (1) has a partition (11) that has a plurality of pores (110), a plurality of cells (12) that are divided by the partition (11), and a seal part (13) that alternately seals the plurality of cells (12) at both ends of the filter. The exhaust gas purification filter (1) is such that when A μm is the average pore size of the partition wall (11) and B μm is the average surface opening diameter in the surface of the partition wall (11), A≥B is satisfied, the ratio expressed by 100×(A-B)/B is 30% or less, and the tortuosity factor coefficient for the pores (110) inside the partition wall (11) is 6.0×103 to 12.5×103.
