Abstract:
Provided is an exhaust gas purification filter (1) that is used with a NOx purification catalyst supported therein. The exhaust gas purification filter (1) comprises honeycomb structure portions (10) and sealed portions (16). The honeycomb structure portions (10) have partitions (12) and cells (13). Multiple pores are formed in the partitions (12). The cells (13) are divided by the partitions (12) and form an exhaust gas channel. The sealed portion (16) blocks an exhaust gas inflow end face (14) or outflow end face (15) of a cell (13). The partition (12) has a gas permeability coefficient of 0.35×10-12 or greater, a pore volume percent for pore sizes of 9 μm or less of 25% or less, and an average pore size of 12 μm or greater.
