Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an exhaust gas purifying device with which adhesion of precipitated reducing agent onto a mixer is suppressed. This exhaust gas purifying device (1) is provided with: a spray nozzle provided in an exhaust pipe of an engine; a mixer (11) provided on the downstream side of the spray nozzle, in the direction of flow of exhaust gas; and a catalyst reactor (12) provided on the downstream side of the mixer (11). The configuration is such that a reducing agent is sprayed from a urea-water spray nozzle (2) into the exhaust gas from the engine (18), the exhaust gas and the reducing agent are mixed in the mixer (11), and nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas are reduced by means of a catalyst housed in the catalyst reactor (12). The mixer (11) includes a tubular body (21) and a plurality of fins (22) disposed in a radial pattern about the axis of the tubular body (21), inside the tubular body (21). An upstream side part of each fin (22) has a cut-out portion (221) obtained by cutting the fin (22) from an upstream side edge portion 22a thereof toward the axis, toward the downstream side thereof.
