Title:
EXHAUST GAS TREATMENT METHOD AND EXHAUST GAS TREATMENT DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/117167
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides an exhaust gas treatment method and an exhaust gas treatment device that can suppress generation of NOX and that can treat a first exhaust gas and a second exhaust gas using a small amount of fuel. This exhaust gas treatment method includes: a first combustion step that is for treating a first exhaust gas that is discharged from a carbonizing furnace that is for carbonizing a fibrous substance in an inert gas atmosphere and from a graphitizing furnace that is for graphitizing; and a second combustion step that is for treating a second exhaust gas that is discharged from a flameproofing furnace that is for flameproofing in an air atmosphere. In the first combustion step, the first exhaust gas is combusted at a low oxygen ratio of 0.8 or less. In the second combustion step, the sensible heat and the latent heat of a third exhaust gas that is discharged as a result of the first combustion step are used to combust the second exhaust gas.
