Abstract:
In the present invention, a bypass line which causes exhaust gas from a preheater in a cement firing process to bypass a boiler and be sent to an exhaust fan is provided; the amount of excess or deficiency of heat in a dryer is determined on the basis of the moisture content of an object to be dried in the dryer, the temperature of the exhaust gas from the dryer, and the amount of air blown by the exhaust fan; the flow rate of exhaust gas flowing through the bypass line is determined on the basis of the determined amount of excess and deficiency; and the flow rate of exhaust gas flowing through the bypass line is adjusted so that the determined flow rate of exhaust gas is obtained.
