Abstract:
This exhaust purification device comprises: an exhaust pipe for discharging the exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine; a filter (103) that is arranged within the exhaust pipe and collects fine particles contained in the exhaust gas; a plurality of electrodes (202) for respectively applying electric fields to a plurality of regions of the filter; and a power supply (104) that applies at least two alternating-current signals having different phases from each other to the plurality of electrodes.
