Provided is an exhaust turbine (100) comprising: introduction piping (10) that forms a first introduction flow path (11) for circulating an exhaust gas along an axial line (X1); a casing part (20) that is connected to the introduction piping (10) and forms a vortex-shaped first swirl flow path (21) for circulating the exhaust gas; a turbine part (30) that is rotationally driven about an axial line (Z) by the exhaust gas guided by the first swirl flow path (21); and a nozzle part (40) having a plurality of nozzle blades (41) arranged along the circumferential direction about the axial line (Z), wherein the introduction piping (10) has a first input part (14a) that inputs, to the first introduction flow path (11), a solid cleaning agent containing a solid having a predetermined particle diameter along a first direction (Dr1) intersecting an axial line direction in which the axial line (X1) extends, and the first direction (Dr1) is set such that the solid cleaning agent input to the first introduction flow path (11) is guided to the nozzle part (40) without making contact with an inner wall of the casing part (20).
