An exhibition system in which an appreciator can appreciate with a realistic sensation when an actually existing real object is exhibited. The screen (11) of the exhibition system (1) disposed between an exhibition object, i.e. a real object (9), and an appreciation position A is translucent and has such a size that the real object (9) can be viewed by the appreciator (14) at the appreciation position A. A projector (13) projects the image of a real object taking the substantially same attitude as that of the real object (9) when viewed through the screen (11) at the view point of the appreciator (14) such that it is viewed superposed on the real object (9).
