Title:
EXOSOME ACTIVE PREPARATION PROMOTING ENDOTHELIAL CELL ANGIOGENESIS AND PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/210833
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are an exosome active preparation promoting endothelial cell angiogenesis and a preparation method and use thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: isolating primary umbilical venous endothelial cells, and carrying out cell culture and passage; adding anisodamine into a subcultured endothelial cell culture solution for pre-treating endothelial cells, and then exchange same for a new endothelial cell culture solution to continuously culture the endothelial cells; extracting an exosome from the endothelial cell culture solution obtained after the culturing of the endothelial cells; and identifying the exosome. The exosome active preparation promoting endothelial cell angiogenesis prepared by the preparation method can be used in the preparation of medicines for treating microvascular injuries, microcirculation disturbances and cardiac and cerebral infarctions.
