Abstract:
An exosome extraction system is provided. The exosome extraction system according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a raw material supply unit for supplying a cell fluid containing cells; a cell disruptor which disrupts the cells through physical impact to convert the cell fluid supplied from the raw material supply unit, into a cell lysate including microvesicles, exosomes, and proteins; a filter unit for separating the exosomes from the cell lysate supplied from the cell disruptor; and a recovery unit for recovering the exosomes separated from the filter unit.
