Abstract:
An expandable reaming and self-anchoring anchor bolt, and a supporting method. The anchor bolt comprises a simple drill bit (1), an anchor bolt body, and a pretension device; the anchor bolt body comprises a plurality of drilling section bolt bodies (3), a plurality of connection sleeves (5), and an extension section bolt body (6); the plurality of drilling section bolt bodies (3) are mutually connected by means of the plurality of connection sleeves (5), and the extension section bolt body (6) is connected at the tail part by means of a connection sleeve (5); an axial through hole is provided inside each drilling section bolt body (3), and a large spiral structure (2) is provided on the outer side of the drilling section bolt body (3); the drilling section bolt body (3) is provided with a top thread (11) on the outer side of the head part, a hexagonal connection portion (4) on the tail part, and a grouting hole (7) on the side surface; a hexagonal connection portion (16) and a threaded connection portion (18) are respectively provided inside both ends of each connection sleeve (5), and a connection sleeve through hole (17) is provided inside the connection sleeve (5). The anchor bolt and the supporting method inhibit side wall deformation and rib spalling by means of reaming and self-anchoring of the large spiral structure (2), achieve the integration of drilling and anchoring, simplify the side wall supporting process, and achieve segmented and lengthened anchoring. Targeted supporting measures are applied at different periods of the tunnel service life to greatly enhance the supporting effect and satisfy the requirements of efficient, secure, and quick tunneling.
