Title:
EXPANDED PARTICLES CROSSLINKED WITH OLEFIN-TYPE THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/212183
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to expanded particles crosslinked with an olefin-type thermoplastic elastomer. The expanded particles have a proportion of hot xylene insolubles of 10 to 40% by weight, have such a crystal structure that, in a DSC curve obtained by heating the expanded particles from 23°C to 200°C at a heating rate of 10°C/min, a melting peak intrinsic to the olefin-type thermoplastic elastomer (i.e., an intrinsic peak) appears and at least one melting peak (i.e., a high-temperature peak) also appears on a higher temperature side relative to a temperature at which the intrinsic peak appears, and have a total melting calorie of 40 to 60 J/g in the DSC curve and a ratio of the melting calorie of the high-temperature peak to the total melting calorie of 0.1 to 0.6.
