Abstract:
Disclosed are: an expanded tube-to-tubesheet joint type heat exchanger having excellent corrosion resistance; and a tube material and a fin material for use in the heat exchanger. Specifically disclosed is an expanded tube-to-tubesheet joint type heat exchanger produced by carrying out the expanded tube-to-tubesheet joint of a tube that has, formed on the outer surface thereof, a Zn-diffused layer formed by the thermal spraying of Zn and a diffusion heat treatment and comprises an aluminum alloy to a fin that comprises an aluminum alloy containing at least one element selected from the group consisting of Zn, In, and Sn, wherein the pitting potential of the fin is noble compared with the pitting potential of a part having a Zn concentration that is 2/3 of the surface Zn concentration of the Zn-diffused layer and is poor compared with the pitting potential of a part having a Zn concentration that is 1/3 of the surface Zn concentration.
