Abstract:
Disclosed is an expanding and tightening clamping tool, comprising a mandrel (1), wherein the end of the clamping section of the mandrel is provided with an external thread (2); an inner expanding sleeve (3) is provided on the outside of the clamping section of the mandrel; one end of an inner tapered sleeve (4) extends between the inner expanding sleeve and an outer wall of the clamping section; several first axial expandable slots (5) are formed on a wall of the end of the inner expanding sleeve adjacent to the inner tapered sleeve; a first inner tapered face (6) is formed on an end of an inner wall of the inner expanding sleeve; a first outer tapered face (9) is formed on an outer wall of the inner tapered sleeve; the inner expanding sleeve and the inner tapered sleeve are in contact via the first inner tapered face and the first outer tapered face; a key (16) is provided between the inner wall of the inner tapered sleeve and the clamping section of the mandrel to limit the rotation of the inner tapered sleeve with respect to the circumferential direction of the mandrel; the external thread on the end of the clamping section engages with a nut (17); an externally annular body (18) is formed at the butt end of the nut; an inner groove (11) is formed at an end of the inner tapered sleeve to engage with the externally annular body; and rotating the nut can drive the inner tapered sleeve to move axially.
