Abstract:
An expansion connection structure and connection method, and an expansion connection assembly. The expansion connection structure comprises an expansion connection assembly, a parent component (1), and an attachment component (2). The expansion connection assembly comprises a driving core piece, and an expansion sleeve (9) consisting of expansion pieces (8). A tapered surface (31) for expansion or a curved surface for expansion is provided on each expansion piece (8). A driving tapered surface (101) or a driving curved surface is provided on the driving core piece. First holding recessed portions (4) are provided on the parent component (1). First holding protruding portions (13) matching the first holding recessed portions (4), and second holding protruding portions (14) are provided on the expansion pieces (8). When the expansion sleeve (9) is in a fully expanded state, the first holding protruding portions (13) extend into the corresponding first holding recessed portions (4), the first holding protruding portions (13) and the first holding recessed portions (4) are mutually held to form an engagement, the second holding protruding portions (14) are held in the axial direction by the attachment component (2), and the expansion sleeve (9) connects and fixes the attachment component (2) together with the parent component (1). A connection will thus not fail even in adverse situations such as those having an especially large load, especially heavy vibrations, a high temperature, or alternating variations between high and low temperatures, and the connection is highly reliable.
