Abstract:
Disclosed is an expansion, support and fixing device for machining a stainless steel pipe, the device belonging to the technical field of stainless steel pipe machining apparatuses, and solving the problems of a stainless steel pipe being difficult to fix and a fixing operation being complex and tedious. The device is technically characterized by: comprising a rack (1), a rotating shaft (2), a rotating cylinder (8), a moving block (15), and an expansion and support frame (16), wherein the rotating shaft is mounted in a bearing block (3) at the top of the rack; a driven gear (5) and a balancing weight (4) are connected to one end of the rotating shaft, and the rotating cylinder is connected to the other end of the rotating shaft; and the expansion and support frame is mounted on the rotating cylinder. The expansion and support frame is mounted on the rotating cylinder and the moving block, such that when an electric push rod (11) drives the moving block to move, the expansion radius of the expansion and support frame is conveniently adjusted, a stainless steel pipe that is sheathed thereon thus being conveniently expanded, supported and fixed; and the rotating shaft is driven to facilitate the rotation of the expanded, supported and fixed stainless steel pipe, a further machining operation on the stainless steel pipe is facilitated, and the operation is convenient and efficient.
