Abstract:
An expansion valve, comprising: a valve seat (10), a valve cavity (11) and a circulation channel (12) which are communicated with each other being provided in the valve seat (10), and a valve port (13) being formed at the junction of the valve cavity (11) and the circulation channel (12); and a valve needle (20) comprising a body portion (21) and a throttling portion (22) which are connected to each other, the body portion (21) being movably arranged in the valve cavity (11), and the throttling portion (22) being movably arranged at the valve port (13). The throttling portion (22) comprises a plurality of throttling sections which are connected in sequence, each throttling section is of an equal-section column structure, and a connection step is formed between every two adjacent throttling sections. The expansion valve can solve the technical problem in the prior art that the circulation area of the expansion valve is greatly affected by the processing precision during throttling.
