Abstract:
Disclosed are an expansive type geopolymer grouting material and a preparation method therefor. This geopolymer grouting material is mainly prepared by proportionally mixing two components A and B. The component A as the raw material comprises: fly ash, metakaolin, slag, a retarder, isocyanate, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst, a crack resistant fiber and water; and the main component of the component B is a base excitant. The expansive type geopolymer material has advantages such as a simple preparation process, a good expansibility, no cracking, good permeability, high compressive strength and good durability. Same effectively solves the problems of conventional grouting materials such as poor expansibility, uncompacted filling, shrinkage cracking and easy occurrence of secondary defects, and can be used for the rapid treatment of cement slab voids, pavement base and subgrade defects, and can meet the application thereof in the related construction field.
