Abstract:
Disclosed are an experimental device and an experimental method for simulating dynamic bearing. An upper box (1) of the device is fixed above a rack (3), the top part of the upper box (1) is an inclined plane; the top part of the upper box (1) is provided in parallel with two sliding grooves, and the bottom ends of the sliding grooves are square holes; the square holes communicate with a bearing plate (11) at a lower part, and a blanking hopper (12) is disposed directly above the sliding grooves; the bottom part of the rack (3) is provided with a lead screw locking device and a guiding groove (7), a moving support (10) is disposed in the guiding groove (7) and is capable of moving along the guiding groove (7), the bearing plate (11) is supported by the moving support (10), the top part of the bearing plate (11) is connected to a piston rod (2) of a hydraulic cylinder barrel (4), and the angle of the bearing plate (11) is changed by means of the extending out and drawing back of the piston rod (2) of the hydraulic cylinder barrel(4); the lead screw locking device comprises a lead screw (9) and a locking plate (8), the lead screw (9) rotates to drive the locking plate (8) to move, and the lead screw locking device is used for converting the rotational movement of the lead screw (9) into the movement of the locking plate (8); the moving support (10) is limited by the lead screw locking device; and the bottom part of the bearing plate (11) is provided with a pressure sensor. A hydraulic lifting device and the lead screw locking device enable the bearing plate to quickly and accurately reach an angle required for an experiment.
