Abstract:
Disclosed are an experimental device and an experimental method for studying a quantitative relationship between parent fish spawning and flow rate stimulation. The experimental device is specifically an annular water tank that is formed by successively connecting, end-to-end, a first arc-shaped water tank, a first irregularly-shaped water tank, a second arc-shaped water tank, and a second irregularly-shaped water tank, and the length of the outer circumference of the experimental device is 70 m to 110 m; both the first irregularly-shaped water tank and the second irregularly-shaped water tank have a plane inner wall and have a distance between the outer wall and the inner wall gradually increasing from two ends to the middle, and both the first irregularly-shaped water tank and the second irregularly-shaped water tank are internally equipped with a water flow pushing device which enables the maximum flow rate in the experimental device to reach a preset value. The experimental method of the present invention sets, according to the experimental device, different flow rates to stimulate parent fish to spawn, and obtains a quantitative relationship between a flow rate and parent fish spawning. The experimental device of the present invention has a complex flow field, and has successively implemented for the first time a model experiment for parent fish spawning behavior.
