Abstract:
An expert career management method is provided. The expert career management method comprises the steps of: registering an expert (S110); obtaining expert information of the registered expert (S120); calculating absolute career information of the expert on the basis of the obtained expert information (S130); matching a project corresponding to the expert on the basis of the absolute career information of the expert (S140); when the matched project is executed by the expert, obtaining project data calculated according to a result of the execution of the project (S150); updating the absolute career information of the expert on the basis of the project data (S160); and obtaining relative career information on the basis of the updated absolute career information and the project data (S170).
