Title:
EXPLOSION-PROOF LED LAMP
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/035996
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an explosion-proof LED lamp, wherein an LED lamp is adopted so that the casing becomes light and compact and the manufacturing cost is reduced, and in addition to straightforward handling, the LED lamp and the casing of its power supply drive part are formed separately; and they are separately deployed with a connection column, and an air pathway that promotes natural connection and prevents hot air stagnation is formed so that sufficient heat radiation performance against high heat generation is supported to maximize its lifetime and illumination intensity. To achieve the above, the present invention comprises an LED lamp within which a PCB LED (light-emitting diode) is arranged and built in, a first casing wherein a lamp installation part for installation of said LED lamp is formed and a body part that radiates the heat of the LED is included, a second casing wherein a power supply drive part that controls electrical power and supplies this to said LED lamp is installed and heat is radiated from the power supply drive part, and a connection column in a hollow tube shape that connects the body part of said first casing with the second casing at a distance and acts as a wire conduit; thus, the body part of the first casing and the second casing are separated by said connection column and a concave space for heat ventilation is formed between the body of the first casing and the second casing.
