Abstract:
An explosive combustion device for biological materials includes a feeding system, an air supply system, an explosive combustion chamber (4), a heating system for the explosive combustion chamber and a nozzle. The feeding system is mainly composed of a helical-flow pneumatic conveyer (14) connected with a powder hopper (11) that can grind vegetable matters into powder. The helical-flow pneumatic conveyer (14) is connected with the explosive combustion chamber (4) through a feeding pipe (15). The air supply system is mainly composed of a high-pressure vortex blower (21), an air control box (23) and air transmission lines (24). The heating system for the explosive combustion chamber is mainly composed of an oil storage tank (31), an oil flow control box (32) and a heater (34) connected in series. The explosive combustion device for biological materials uses waste husks, stones, chaff and so on, thereby it has advantages in saving earth fill volume, air pollution abatement and energy conservation.
