Abstract:
The exposure control device disclosed by the present application is disposed on an optical path, the exposure control device being provided with first and second light intensity adjustment plates each having a first region which has the property of transmitting light polarized in a specific direction, and a second region not having the property of transmitting light polarized in the specific direction, and the exposure control device adjusting light intensity by rotating the first and second light intensity adjustment plates.
