Abstract:
Provided are an express delivery cabinet, an item delivery and pick-up method thereof, a robot, and a computer storage medium. The express delivery cabinet comprises express delivery cabinet units and receiving mechanisms, and the item delivery and pick-up method comprises: receiving an item delivery placement instruction or an item pick-up placement instruction; after the item delivery placement instruction is received, opening an express delivery cabinet unit, so as to receive an express delivery item to be delivered (S11); obtaining express delivery information of the express delivery item to be delivered, and sorting, according to a preset rule, the express delivery item to be delivered in the express delivery cabinet unit to a receiving mechanism (S19); after the item pick-up placement instruction is received, opening a receiving mechanism, so as to receive an express delivery item to be picked up (S12); and obtaining express delivery information of the express delivery item to be picked up, and sorting, according to a preset rule, the express delivery item to be picked up in the receiving mechanism to an express delivery cabinet unit (S20). The above method can be used to improve the effective usage rate of express delivery cabinets.
