Abstract:
Promotion of the expression of a redox-related factor in a living organism ensures safe and efficient reduction of oxidative stress in the organism, contributes to the maintenance of good health and prevents various diseases and symptoms caused by the oxidative stress.
Disclosed are an expression promoter for a redox-related factor which comprises, as the active ingredient, kaempferol, quercetin, glycosides thereof or a combination of the same, and an expression promoter for a redox-related factor which comprises, as the active ingredient, a ginkgo leaf extract, a hedychium extract or a combination of the same.
