Abstract:
Provided is a vector comprising: a first expression cassette comprising DmpR as a transcriptional control gene, a ribosome binding site, and a promoter operably linked to same; a second expression cassette comprising a sequence encoding a target polypeptide, a ribosome binding site, and a Po promoter operably linked to same. Also provided is a transformed methanotroph transformed by said vector.
