Abstract:
An extended plowing and ridging machine comprises a body (1), a ridging apparatus (2), a connecting apparatus (3), a furrowing apparatus (4), a leveling apparatus (5), and a straw returning apparatus (6). The ridging apparatus comprises a ridging case (21) comprising a bottom plate (211), side plates (212), and a top plate (213), wherein lower bearing housings (271) are installed on the bottom plate, rib plates (273) are welded between the lower bearing housings, a lubricant channel (274) is provided between the rib plates and the bottom plate, upper bearing housings (275) are installed on the top plate, and the lower bearing housings are longer than the upper bearing housings. The structure of the plowing and ridging machine can improve the strength of the lower bearing housings, and is convenient for installing multiple bearing housings where the stress is large and fewer bearing housings where the stress is smaller, so as to improve the stiffness and transmission stability of a transmission shaft, and reduce costs. The rib plates can be welded conveniently, and a lubricant can circulate smoothly in the ridging case to improve the effect of lubrication.
